Whilst the result (and especially the score line) is hard to stomach, especially against a team who have frankly underperformed so far this season, it wouldn't be half so bad if we'd kept our heads and beaten Wolves. Instead it looks pretty bad and the lads need to recover quickly and be picked up again asap. There are some tough league games coming up and frankly I'd put a team of reserves out against Watford.
The team are knackered The Man U game coming before the Christmas fixtures and the large number of injuries have taken their toll Would play all the fringe players against Watford - Steele, Vyner, Eliasson, Taylor, Woodrow, Leko, Kelly etc
I agree, however I suspect Woodrow and Leko will be cup tied. I'd have another (final) look at Engvall as well as he is free to play for us again now.
