I don't make them up I copy them from a Mexican place in town... mine aren't quite as tasty. Dead easy though, just put 4/5 breasts in a slow cooker with 150ml of water and a sachet of marinade rub (I use old El Paso Smoky BBQ) I guess the more imaginative among you could make your own, leave it overnight and then shred it when it's done. I have it with boiled rice, guacamole (avocado, red onion, lime juice) salsa (tomato, red onion and hot sauce) jalapeños and shredded lettuce. I also did the same thing with beef brisket and chipotle marinade that was nice as well.

Yeah agree on that, always thought it was stupid when it's pissing down with rain and there's loads of them with shirts off. It doesn't make you look cool, you just look like a ****. ****ing tossers.
