It does not get much worse than this. Without significant signings, it looks bleak

6 minutes but we're dead on our feet. Really paying the price for a tiny squad this season. So many injuries, so much fatigue while lacking the numbers to rotate.

Two consecutive steps forward ? No, not us. We just don’t seem capable of ever doing so. We should have bankrupted the bookies today- as I said a few weeks ago , if a promising result is followed by a game against supposedly lesser opposition, well this is what always seems to be the outcome

How many managers have been spot on when they've said we need to spend? The bloke doesn't listen. Doesn't give a toss.

Anyone think there's a correlation between it being party time at xmas and new year and the piss poor performances immediately after ?

Poor goal conceded again, loosing Gibson in this game was a blow too many, but always on the cards as was this defeat tbh, the surprise has been the results around us at the bottom, totally unexpected, as has been said our season starts in earnest after the cup game and the sooner that is over the better. Some hard work ahead for Bain to address the obvious weaknesses, hope he is up to it, as it has never been more urgent. A decent window and we will be fine. Nil desperandum trust in Coleman.

They were **** but somehow we were ****ter. Very few players to come out with any credit, the CBs were fine as was Ruiter and Gibson but the rest were varying degrees of poor to utter rubbish.

Not seeing a decent player in either McNair or Love. Pretty depressing all in all. New signings needed desperately.

Nope. More to do with a wafer thin squad and a ****-load of injuries.

I'm placing the blame with one of the smallest most injury ravaged squads in the league playing 4 games in 9 days. Completely unequipped to deal the added fixtures this season. This **** up happened in the Summer window imo.

    That was utterly desperate.

We are truly awful and I struggle to name a single player who I think deserves his shirt.

How we’ve ended up with no ability, no heart, no desire and no motivation I do not know.

Every player we have is at a club bigger than their ability they should be desperate to shine as such. All but 2 of them will never play for a bigger club due to their limitations.

They are not ****ing footballers. Footballers are desperate to win playing 20 v 20 in a park, let alone at that level.
