If this was against Everton Stoke Huddersfield Brighton or any of the big boys I would be buzzing but Millwall just came up from Lg1 and are hoping to survive. Sorry but we should expect to win games like this .
Yeah I know and when I first said Martin wasn't a CB no one agreed with me, same when I said Hoolahan was past his sell by date. Funny how things change. I prefer to say what I think rather than just jump on the band wagon of the in crowd. Jerome is our best striker and Oliveira's best qualities was as a sub once Jerome had worn the opposition defenders down , when I first said that everyone thought Oliveira was the saviour who just needed a fair chance starting in the first team, well he's had a chance and shown jack sh!t, seems he can only score when he's fresh, against tired defenses.
Thank you lord for James Maddison. We needed someone to step up and take a chance. Without him, that would have been another defeat. Massively relieved with that win. Table looks a bit less scary for this week.
Pretty sure I saw Farke at Park Farm, Hethersett earlier. There was certainly a team bus so presumably it was him. Looked pretty laid back so couldn't have been reading comments from the miserable fannies on here who were talking about a defeat even before half time. FFS!
Maddison was quiet in the first half but an assist and then his goal told in the end but for me the MotM was Trybull who was battling from the first kick to the last and his excellent header for the equaliser got us back into the match. We must get him to sign up long-term. WhoScored agreed with 9.3 for Trybull and 8.7 for Maddison. Great if we can hang on to both.
I certainly would and it's interesting how the Millwall players seemed to fade physically at the end.
