    When he played against Reading on the wing he was very ineffective but going up front he looks decent. 4 goals in 2 games is decent by anyone standards. So what they are against Rotherham and Bury. He looks a real prospect but I think once Sven has signed some strikers he would be best off sent out on loan.

    Ha ha! I think he deserves a bench start against Southampton? When nugent has ran himself into the ground sub him for schlupp to face a tired Southampton defence! Better than gallagher?!

    I'd rather the Yak, Maynard, Ebanks-Blake or Beckford tbh.

    In fact I'd consider Trevor Benjamin.

    Schlupp needs to be brought on in the second half against Southampton, in the centre, for either Nugent or Vassell, no matter the scoreline.

    Agree! He's a big strong lad, more effective in the middle up front. Or start with him just behind nugent?

    Maybe, but right now I'd agree with Emilio and bring him on in place of Nugent when he's knackered.

    None of the prem clubs want him. His best bet is signing for us and having a clause in his contract saying if we dont get promoted and a prem club bids around 7M we have to accept it. Bristol arent going to get promoted and no one else can afford him.

    Its Leicester or Bristol for Maynard
