I don't know when moses, mason and Hernandez are due back but let's not forget there is only just over 4 months remaining so if they do come back and its still a big if will we see much of them.
Dave has been a massive miss this season. Don't see Hernandez coming back too soon unless we get lucky and despite his horrific injury,Mason has yet to justify what we paid for him Imo.
We need a CB, winger, a powerful target man/forward and if possible a full back CM and no10 role we are fine as with keepers I'm sure atleast will be a loan
I didn't say there was anything wrong with cheap and cheerful, just to expect that there will be little money spent unless there are sales of existing players. I agree that Tymon should have stayed, getting his first EPL start with them, and a 5-0 drubbing yesterday won't have done his confidence any good, and with Mark Hughes likely to be out the door soon, just wonder where Tymon's career will go from here.
He only went for Academy compo, his agent won’t make any decent coin unless he ends up getting a big money move at some point, or starts generating some decent sponsorship revenue. Neither looks likely in the short term.

It's not surprising. I'm a big advocate of giving youngsters chances but you can't not play him all year and then just throw him in against Chelsea and act surprised when he struggles. Always thought it was a bad move leaving, had he stayed he'd of been our first choice left back and got a tonne of experience and playing time
As I watched the whole game Tymon was fine, he was as good as the rest of a terrible Stoke defence.... Surprisingly playing your first game of the season in a terrible defence against the second best team in England.... Stop ****ing moaning about Tymon leaving he has gone move on. If Bowen gets an offer to leave he should leave, if someone offers him 40k a week that is life changing for any person and he should take it. Let's not be biased and say it's best for his career to stay here. What's best for him is to take a huge contract if he gets the chance. He could break his leg in six months, imagine if he then never played again. On the matter of transfer. It depends what our goal is, if our goal is to slowly build a team to challenge for promotion we clearly need more than 3 players as next season three of our current defence won't be here. We need at least 3 in my eyes and we should look at the bigger picture and if the opportunity to sign a couple of full backs and a centre back come up I would do it. As we can improve these Chelsea players as much as we can but they will **** off in the summer. Let's develop Clark rather than a Chelsea youngster! I think a winger, a full back, a centre back and striker are needed in my eyes. However, there is no point buying someone for the sake of it we have done that before by brining in 12 players who play behind the striker, and 5 goalkeepers. If the right player isn't available don't sign anyone!
