The absolute arrogance of Katrien Meire in believing she and Roland knew what was best for Charlton, and that our way of doing things in the EFL was amusingly peculiar, is one of her worst character flaws.
If only she had been willing to learn and adapt to English football rather than insisting on running the Club just as if it was in the Belgian leagues, things might have turned out differently.
