A boardroom decision doesn't determine whether a player runs to close down the opponent or decide to turn away when a shot is incoming .
Because they were outclassed in every department and why that should be a surprise is not thinking straight and expecting something we are not..
It must have been heart breaking for the little man, they're a gutless bunch of no marks stealing a living , ****ing cowards and he deserved better than that
“You cannot make basic errors, whether that’s your set-up at set-pieces, second balls or misplaced passes, because you give yourselves no chance,” said the Swans’ caretaker manager. “When you come to a place like Liverpool, you need a seven or eight out of 10 performance from everyone, and then you’ll have a chance of getting a result. “But if you make basic errors that you would expect to see in academy football, a team like Liverpool are going to punish you.”
Just bringing you back to reality.....Leon in not a Manager experienced enough and the majority of the players dont have the class to beat top teams....But the players he had showed grit in the first half and in the second half Liverpool's class stepped up a gear and we could not compete....
People here are confusing Gutless Versus Class......If you dont have the class to compete then you can't...It's as simple as that.....There are better teams that have been outclassed by Liverpool this season.......
Dai, reality is, that’s a million miles from the standard needed at this level. And what I’m saying is that Leon isn’t the man to be in charge of that shower of **** team. The board are being unfair to him especially when he’s come out and said that he doesn’t want to be the manager.
He had the chance to refuse.....But my point is to look what we sent to Liverpool to play a game and compete,,,,,A team that has been starved of class and an apprentice Manager with no real experience........Now would you call that a winning formula for success because i dont and i never expected it.......I just look for the good bits and there were good bits if you were observant.....
Liverpool's players were quicker in thought, quicker in reaction, more proactive off the ball and more skilful. If they weren't we would be in the top five and they would be at the bottom. It's not our players fault if they are not good enough. Dai is right the problem is off the field at board level. Our transfer policy and managerial appointments since Laudrup was sacked have been abysmal and this is why we are in the position we are in. We are close to being cut adrift and whoever is the new manager is going to have a hell of a job to keep us up. I think Leon was put in the position where he was between a rock and a hard place. If he had turned the caretaker job down he would have been sacked as well even though from what he has said himself he knows he is not ready for the job. Mind it might have been interesting because it might have forced the owners to make a decision.
Liverpool are ****. We were beaten before we even started. Lets face facts the club are in deep trouble, even worse than when the Swans were relegated under Toshack. We will fall so fast it will give us nosebleeds.
Poor fekin Leon. Its probably all been said how bad our team and management are the yanks won't buy us out of trouble and that rat jinx is still here against all reason ! So down we go ! 2%
We all know and love Leon. But for Gods sake he is not a manager it is so unfair to place him in this position. Who on earth can save us I dont know all the usual suspects have been given rescue jobs (which seem to be working) the board as usual are one step behind.
Will be interesting to see if the Trust grow a pair and come out and say something. About time they do what they're supposed too, represent the fans.
Do you believe the Board are one step behind, every thing they've done a has been calculated once Leon was announced as assistant manager then you just knew the poison chalice would be passed onto him at some stage . No Club even our basket case of one would sack a manager without an idea of "someone" coming in as a replacement , the one thing they did under estimate is the lack of respect from the players towards Leon , the new manager bounce didn't last long ,reading his statement after the game there's too many who shouldn't have to cheek to look him in the eye again , The Board were hoping that Leon would be just enough to get us past a few of the games coming up and to steady the ship but to be honest we look just if not worse than before .This squad of players with the very odd exception should be ashamed of themselves , regardless what some posters have written tonight about Liverpool's quality once the second went in the gutless pussies went hiding , every side so far this season has against the big clubs made a game of it except our ****ing cowards
Have you seen Leon's summing up Dai ? He's basically appalled by the performance and commitment of a few of the players. I swear you were watching a different stream.
Sounds like you watched a different interview with Leon to go along with the different game you watched.
