I'm sure that's what the HDM reported at the beginning, but I'm not 100% sure as it was all when it first happened
"Having tramadol that is not prescribed for you for your own use could result in up to two years in prison and/or an unlimited fine. Selling, supplying or giving tramadol away for free, even to friends, could result in up to 14 years in prison and/or an unlimited fine." She could have got a hefty sentence here. Maybe as she has admitted breaking the law here she could face our courts on her return.
Could, but seriously, would you expect 3yrs for what she has done? She's been bloody stupid, but not 3yrs stupid.
Could have got more here, in theory, for supplying tramadol to a friend. Stupid doesn't even begin to describe her, starting with her relationship with the "boyfriend".
The annoying thing is she'll end up serving 6 months or summat, come out and sell her story for hundred grand and then go on reality shows to make more money out of her stupidity and selfishness. Way of the world these days.
Again, maybe she could, but really, would she, no I would not. We would all be on Tramadol if we had to jail daft lasses.
Maybe someone should say to her family 'stop poking the bear'. She's got a light sentence and it could (sorry, Chazz) get much worse.
Do we seriously think we know enough about this to make judgments? I certainly don't, because I don't automatically believe what I read.
Yeah but you aren't the director of an international company and expert in everything like some on here
That Wasn't written by myself. Hence he quotation marks. It is the ruling regarding the possession of Tramadol without a prescription in this country. So the post indication of my like of the word like. All the mentions by some people on it being legal give the impression it is like aspirin or Benylin, where you can just go to a chemists and buy one. It is a controlled drug.
