a quick Google showed someone piled on at 12/1 on vvd to city as early as November and slashed the odds.

Forster is such a bad keeper.

Do wonder given fact he’s prob going city in jan whether hindsight they wish they’d taken the 50-60m in summer and brought another cb and cf. all well and good keeping your player but then not playing him all season and not reinvesting in other areas where struggle isn’t ideal plan.

Saints have always been a club that have taken te money, reinvested and got decent replacements. Fair play trying to not constantly be feeder club and show backbone, but may have just hurt themselves this season because of it.

fairly sure a number of posters at the time said they weren't keen on signing him with his behaviour being a major factor in it.
