Best wishes to everyone here. Have a wonderful time with your families and friends and enjoy the spirit (and spirits) that Christmas and the New Year brings. I know some will have lost loved ones this year, so thoughts with you. And to all those I have, along the way this year, managed to agree with, disagree with and possibly both through this year (and some who I have had no idea what they have been talking about). Here is to 2018 and hopefully a successful year for each and every one of you - and especially the thing that brings us together ... the Hooopsaaaaa!! Merry Christmas
Wishing all of our posters on here a very merry christmas. Up the arse Rs please log in to view this image
Merry Christmas to all Not606 hoopers Hope you all have a great Christmas and that we finish above Norwich
Merry Christmas guys. Not such a big deal to me being part-time Jewish but the dog is happy. All I want is an unlikely seven points from the next three games. I’d take four if Santa is watching the thread still.
I should have copyrighted that picture when i did it the amount of times i've seen it used over the years! Lol Merry christmas all fellow R's!!!! Have a cracking day and festive season!
Merry Christmas from Warwick Hospital A&E. Son has broken hand (since last Thursday but doesn’t know how he got it. Drink had been taken.) He was out with a nurse last night who told him no, that’s not a sprain it’s broken. Took calculated gamble that A&E would have cleared last nights backlog and we would beat the stress and over eating related Xmas heart attack rush if we came now, but were prepared to come back tomorrow if the wait looked huge. Result, he’s being seen within 15 minutes of us getting here. So that’s a top Christmas tip for you. Get your injuries in early.
There is literally one other person in the A&E here. No ambulances in since we got here. I’ve come here a lot with children’s sports injuries and it’s the quietest ever. Looks like I’ll be on the booze pretty soon and Christmas will be back on schedule.
Hubbie opened a bottle of wine with a "butler's friend" and then opened is hand...5 years ago on Christmas day abiut 10am....he was seen, stitched up and home in 2 and a half hours...just enough time to wash the blood off the turkey..... ooh how we laughed Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
All the best G When the general UK switches off of its dramas things work a lot better. After Xmas that’s when the surge starts again and limits are breached Hope the lad is ok
My contribution to Christmas day, the breakfast, is well and truly cooked, eaten and cleared away, so over to the good wife for the main event. My son has prepared a Christmas play-list to which everyone has contributed by means of requested tracks. When I complained that he hadn't asked me for my selections, he said 'I didn't need to ask you. You and me are the same person'. Happy with that.
Decanted. Smells like brandy. Wounded child in background. Turkey cooked upside down for 2 hours, looks like a gigantic Peking duck. Shaping up to be a good one.
