Because munck has just been sacked at Middlesbrough What makes it a 1000 times worse is the fact his record there, is all most the same as it was same here in the last 26 games last 26 games here Won 11 Drawn 7 Lost 8 Last 26 games there Won 12 Drawn 5 Lost 9 And there fans wanted him gone, our fans was begging for him to stay with a new long contact..... All the stick I got for wanting him gone all season and look how right I am once again. And then there’s still daft fans saying he’s going go back to Swansea, not a chance Am afraid it’s the same with TC He’s a foreign grayson but a little bit better, he’s that bad He’s never going get this club up, no chance in hell and wasting time with him here, just like we did with Grayson, BM, Evens and Redfib and muck Our fans never going learn, same rubbish every season, look where Warnock is by the way, where are the rest of them? Our fans never going learn
So pleased Monk got sacked because he left us giving the fans the view that he was forced out. He didnt say he went for a pay rise and to be able to spend loads of cash. He has spent £35m on strikers alons. He lost our dressing room after Xmas which we think is after a fall out with Clotet. Clotet left him and doing a good job at Oxford although got battered today. Facts and stats though. At Xmas last aeason we were 5th we also had 2 points more last season. I do however believe we are stronger this season so will hopefully not implode like last year.
What a load of tosh! No way Warnock and Cardiff are finishing top 2 anyway! Assuming we stay top 6, it would be fantastic to knock him and his team out of the play-offs. Why compare blokes who have had a good few seasons in the Championship anyway compared to a newcomer in TC. I wouldn't swap TC for any of our previous except Revie, Wilko or O'Leary. I reckon he (TC) is tougher than what he portrays and there are good times ahead.
I never get tired of reading about Monk getting sacked. Childish, isn't it? But you've got to stay in touch with your inner child, the experts tell us, and this is my way. Monk sacked. There it is again - love it! As for him being forced out, I'm not so sure about that one. I tend to credit Radz for engineering a situation where Monk had to either show loyalty, or show his true colours. I suspect that Monk was consistently not giving the clear message to Radz that he wanted to stay, so Radz played him & called his bluff publicly. Guess we'll never know until both autobiographies get published, and even then we'll only get 2 views, rather than the bald truth. As for our position this Xmas v last, I actually think we're doing better. Last season we struggled at the start before settling down, then after Xmas, it was all downhill. Why did we hit the slippery slope? Yip, we've all heard the Clotet story. There's the Pontus story too. Wonder what else we didn't hear in the same vein? Did the players pick up a lack of long term commitment from Monk? Did Monk simply get caught out by other teams as he didn't have a Plan B? I don't know. Some somewhere might know, but not us plebs. This season? I think we've perhaps been through the equivalent of our post-Xmas slump. Only difference is that we've learned from it, and come back stronger. Yes, stronger. The results may not be quite as juicy as the early season ones, but you can tell that our players have learned a lot about playing in this league. Especially Weidwald. And TC too. Whatver happens wih the rest of the season, I have to state that this has been the best Championship season ever to spectate in. Lots to look forward to & I can't wait.
Tc record here is all most the same as munks there and he’s just been sacked by a club with ambition Take the cup games out Tc record in the league is Played 23 Won 12 Drawn 3 Lost 8 Tc management has not got us a single goal in the last 4 games and December, and we are playing most of the worse sides in the league that’s kept him in the job, that’s how grayson lasted so long here and kept getting talked up Last goals Hull was a gift in a game we been batted in and nothing to do with him Norwich was a set play that has nothing to do with him QPR was a forced to change things after a injury in a first half we was poor in Villa was was a set play that has nothing to do with him He’s like grayson right games at the right the time, some of the worse sides in the last 4 of the last 5 games have been against the the lower 10 sides in the league and we are nicking 1-0 wins that’s nothing to do with TC management!!! All our fans are happy they just sacked mucnk, I’m not because, if they go out and get a proper manager like pullis or Martin o Neil they will be shooting past us with Tc in charge And that would sum up our fans they begged TC to stay after one of the worse runs in football, but wanted Warnock out so fast even though he’s proven and done more then all our past managers put together since he’s left, and spend far less to.
What's wrong with that! Assuming we replicate that kind of form for the second half of the season..... Played 46 Won 24 Drawn 6 Lost 16 = 78 points would see us around the 6th spot which Rad was aiming for and therefore certainly no failure. Your point about winning ugly 1-0 against the bottom teams. Wolves last 4 results are.... 1-0 vs Brum 0-0 vs Sunderland 1-0 vs the Blades 1-0 vs the Tractor Boys I would take two 1-0 wins vs Burton and Brum in the next two games as well. I was thinking today what would have happened if we had got that Yorkshire Consortium for owners instead of Rad. Probably no Saiz for a start and a bunch of journeymen pro's with a 'merry-go-round' manager battling away in mid-table. Rad and TC seem to understand that draws are no good in this league if you want to get out of it. Monk was far too cautious and it was interesting reading a lot of the Boro fans complaining last night that one of the things they hated most about him was how his team never got going until the second half. (sound familiar)
What's wrong with that! Assuming we replicate that kind of form for the second half of the season..... ............... That’s the kind of record munks just been sacked for, it’s all most the same so there ambition is to finish higher Mucnks record in his first 26 games here - cups was 13 wins 2 draws 8 lost And didn’t replicate it because he was a poor manager as just proven where they are. Why would you talk about winning ugly then name two teams who they played are gunning for the playoffs, and I very much doubt they played has bad we did in any of them, and we are doing it against the worse sides in the league, as my post points out he’s not getting us goals, none on last 5 games. Saiz? He hasn’t turned up against the top sides in the league, No grot ? How about no striker that’s on loan here who wages are to big for us? Who’s barley played this season. We haven’t got going with Tc in weeks and we are playing the worse sides it’s grayson all over again
Welcome back MeMe, Nice to see you haven't changed your up and at'em views and opinions, and nor should you. I do agree with some things, and disagree with others you wrote, but just keep writing how you see it.......
