Round the stepdaughters today they are cooking us a Roast, tomorrow 7 of us are heading out for Christmas dinner at Mem Saab, a posh Indian place, prior to that they are all getting here for 10:30 to exchange gifts. Boxing Day all back round the daughters for party buffet type food, board games, sweets, drinks and doing little. We’re fortunate that they live a 5 minute walk away. Wednesday quiet day on our own recovering from everything bad we’ve consumed.
And to you and your family, I never doubted we’d not be talking apart from maybe a clouded 24hr period, we’re all different, we just have to accept that. Forum chat is never the best place for heated debate, so much can be taken the wrong way and I’m as guilty as the next, I just like to “believe” I’m learning to ignore posts that grind my gears and btw that isn’t aimed at you
I was a bit pissed when I checked but I think we go top of form table (as it stands currently) if we win next game - 16 points from last 6 If we win next 3 (humour me it's Christmas) we are 18 max points
I would hope that Boxing Day incorporates a couple of hours in front of Sky TV too??? Have a good one pal
Oh, and if you like Indian, have you tried the Raj at Kettering? Doesn’t look much from the outside but nicely done inside and some of the best Indian food I have tried. Get chatting with Gaz the owner and they will cook whatever style of dish you like.
Good morning all and a merry Xmas to you all from my neck of the woods. Trying to shake off the remnants of the flu in time for Xmas day. On footie front, I’m still working on the basis this entire division apart from Wolves are pretty useless. On that basis two poor teams will go up. No reason we can’t be one of them. All very uninspiring stuff though
Googled Mulberry handbags, fecking hell you must have nearly wiped out your tidy profit from property developing???
I probably watch more games thN a lot on here, because it seems to be kind of frowned on , to watch other games. I can honestly say with season half way, standard is below last season with wolves being the one stand out team. I wouldn’t bet on Cardiff making top six for example
Hearing that Eires family have to put some scaffolding inside his armchair as he refuses a new one for Xmas.
I actually think you're right. It was the description of two poor teams going up, us being one that made me chuckle out loud. Joking aside, whoever goes up is going to seriously struggle to stat there.
Spent all my loot on two holidays for next year.trying to scrape another one for this winter.we are poor guv honest.
