    On boxing day we travel up to London and the home of England FC, Wembley stadium, to try and avoid having our Christmas ruined. There we play the man England will be resting there hopes on this summer, Harry Kane, and some other blokes. Harry Kane is making records and after scoring 3 past Burnley bringing his total up to 15 goals already this season, he is right on form and looking to carry that forward into the match against us. A win for them might take them into the champions league places, while we will be looking to climb away from the relegation zone.



    Last meeting: Spurs 2 – 1 Southampton

    Two years ago, at my annual day-drinking extravaganza on Boxing Day with friends, I glanced at my phone during the party, shouted "what the ****", causing heads to turn, and then had to explain to twelve people what a Cuco Martina was.

    I am not expecting to have to do a repeat this year.

    Alli will do something that deserves a red card but not even receive a yellow.

    Sorry wrong thread!

    This game I don't expect much other than a football lesson, but with the Saints you never know what they are capable of, but I guess another "lottery" team selection will be presented, time will tell.
