Just listening to some oldies from back in the day on Amazon.

What are some of your old skool faves.

Playing right now is the Cure with 'Friday I'm in Love'.

On just a moment ago was REM 'Losing My Religion'.

Next up I think I'll go for a bit of the Doors 'Roadhouse Blues'.. followed by Gary Moore with 'Parisienne Walkways'.

    Yes I've been drinking.

I'm off to watch the damned in a few weeks time for the umpteenth time. Loved their first and third LPs, both classics.

To celebrate my big birthday last year, I've been to about 25 gigs. Some great nights.

New stuff on radio one shyte the youngsters at graft try to put it on but being a gafa has its perks... It's off and absolute radio is on.... Absolutely, if they gave themselves a chance they'd like a lot of the old stuff. I try to get to see a good mix of live bands, new groups, old groups. One of the best live acts was Seasick Steve at the O2 in Newcastle. I think everyone watching him had torrettes, me included. What a mad bunch <laugh>
