    Yeah I can really see that motivating the team. A manager they've never heard of from a lower division. At least we'd be half prepared for the relegation that'll follow.

    You need to get over the Gary Rowett thing, he's a 'good' Championship manager. We want to be European challengers, he has nowhere near enough experience or 'clout' for us.

    I also said like, as in some one like Rowett. You need to get over not wanting some one from the Championship. We have no idea how Rowett will be in the Prem. He hasn't been given a chance yet

    I can fill in for a couple of weeks, can't do any worse and I'd be a cheap option which the club seem to like.
    Even the Liverpool fans at work have stopped taking the piss cos it's like shooting fish in a barrel. My go to reply to any Saints related comment is "I l know, we were **** again" and it's not even worth adding a "but...." because the sentence is nicely complete already.
    Good job it's only football <laugh>
