    I agree and I'm sure that it's coming to an end but it's a big overhaul to do mid season replacing half the board and the manager while negotiating transfers of players both and in and out surely?

    Jaidi and Hunter aren't involved with the first team. So not really that important. Get Benali in etc until the end of the season. Least it will get rid of a bully and a guy that knows **** all.

    Sack Reed and have the board look for a replacement after Jan.

    Pellegrino is the most important to replace quickly also to sell Van Dijk who is causing ****

    That was so, so crap, honestly. MP2 once again showing he’s completely out of his depth. Davis was beyond awful today. I mean everyone was crap, but SD really took that on to a new level. Only positive was that...no...I’ve got nothing.

    Needs to go right now.

    Then we need to say “Hi Thomas. Here’s a £10m a year salary for you, plus £60m to spend from the sale of VVD. You can have a release clause if a CL club comes in for you, but let’s do this”.

    Yeah like every team will be. This whole black box thing was bollocks from the start, every team has something similar, we just recruited well for a few windows and Reed lapped it up with the fanbase and media (which he had every right to as we were doing well). We have recruited averagely/poorly the last few and are now an average PL squad, was bound to happen eventually.

    Only positive is that we drew rather than lost and that's not really saying much.
    Pellegrino is just not good enough and if we don't change things soon we are in a lot of trouble.
