Good thread must say as I've missed last few games our results have improved so I'm glad I can't get to game on Saturday - if we win I think I must be the jinx. I'll return next time we lose - hopefully in the premiership next year
ITS THESE CONFIDENT COCKY ****ERS , I BACK WITH THEIR INNER KNOWLEDGE, AND WHEN THEY **** UP THEY ALL PICK ON ME COS I AGREED WITH HIM BASTARD...................
Cheers RTB - not to get carried away but another clean sheet and 3 points would be a great start to the Christmas festivities. Fancy 2-0, usual concern that we either get complacent ( can’t see Coleman letting that happen ) or wing backs get caught out and we get overlapped wide with no support and concede to a cross.
Just seen what @SAFCDRUM said! When was the last time that happened? I think I need to change my prediction to a 0-6 thrashing at home!!! Great thread as usual RTB!!
As I said, just the sort of opposition we use to demolish our renewed hope. But I'm still going to believe that that was ''in the past''!
Coleman has said so in his presser. Also said that Catts is out with a tear in thigh for a few weeks (I.e. up for sale in Jan?)
That's good then I think Oviedo is one of the best players we have. I'm happy with Matthews on the other side so if they stay fit that's two positions sorted. Yeah it's funny these injuries that seem to miraculously clear up just as the transfer window opens isn't it, to be fair to Catts though he's not that type (unlike Kone) and although I think we're stuck with him I'd be comfortable with selling him considering how bad he's been all season.
Some of the worst ever memories. The ditchwater duo. Felt a bit sorry for Steve getting stuck with that dinosaur Wilko
Expecting SAFC's biggest win for a while today. Now that we have that home win behind us I am expecting the pressure is off and we will see a confident display. 3-0 at HT 5-0 at the finish.
