there were people who didn't like him, but that second season, even the one who immensely disliked him were won over (and rightly so, you'd have to not be a fan to not like him) and the cringe was defended as him keeping team morale high, deflecting etc (same with maureen when he's winning, except you were winning and playing great footie). When the 3rd season came along and he lost suarez and was massively out of his depth and the results turned south, then people starting turning on him

I seriously do not understand how some people can’t see that this guy is a bloody good manager. And at the end of the day, this guy has earned the right to join the biggest and best clubs and spend big money.

 

I actually liked Rodgers’s interviews when we were winning. There was an arrogance and swagger about him, and the club.

But keeping the same level of arrogance when you’re not winning is cringe.

I think the guy will struggle to find another club after city with the same step up. Prob PSg and then he is done.

I think he fancies himself as a intellect so would love to run about paris looking at museums and such.

Doing a jose is being sarky, falling out with people, sulking, throwing a strop, spending 500mil. funnily pep guardiola doesn't need to do any of the nasty stuff.

TBH Van Gaal was a bit of a nutjob but he prob did a better job that mourinho has. same boring football etc. both likes felliani. (thats criminal btw)
