    Ceviche shellfish would worry me tbh.

    I’ve no problem with fish being prepared like that, but shellfish would be a concern

    The lime that they're on about would partially cook them anyway. I like the sound of that, not too sure about just raw without any acid.

    Today Saturday, Mrs Ginge made me Isaan burgers and chips. Bloody spicy as hell but extremely scrummy. If anybody wants the recipe to try these youre welcome.

    Tomorrow I shall be making Christmas dinner jungle style, roasting my medium chicken, roast spuds & homemade sage and onion stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, sprouts & green beans.
