If we can just pause the banter for a momnent and reflect on this.

There has been a speedy resolution to the attack on raheem sterling last week. The guy who did it has pleaded guilty so got 6 months.

I'm sure we all agree nobody should have to deal with this sort of vileness but sadly it goes on all the time. The more cases are highlighted I hope the faster this stuff is stamped out.

This thus sounds like a right throw back even though he is only 29.

indeed. one must question such a system. 25 convictions would suggest he is completely unrepentant and frankly he might be let out quite quick again.

He should be life banned from all sport events and should have a 5 year stretch before he kills someone.
