I thought he needed to improve in the games where it wasn't going right for him and the big games against rivals. There have been signs that he is getting better and he certainly puts a shift in for the team now.

I think Claudio Bravo should get a run out, to even up things in this league.

Harry Kane has only failed to score against 2 teams he has faced. Brighton and Cardiff...onto his third season of potentially being the Golden Boot winner in what people are saying is the best league in the world. I've rarely seen praise for him on here bar the Spurs faithful. My point isn't about Harry Kane...my point is about everyone wetting themselves over KDB.

I don't rate Edison like everyone else does either...****sake the hype is unbelievable.

Kaspar S looked like his dad re incarnated 2 seasons ago...it's all about the moment.

Agreed, it was up until a couple of years ago but now most teams are actually pretty ****e, and like you say because of the money most play with fear.

Maybe WBA is a bad example, but you get what I’m on about.

I’m not doubting that Messi is one of the all time greats - maybe even the greatest ever. But right now, on his current firm, KDB is up there in that league.

Oh right, I suppose it's because he's quite boring. He's a machine at what he does which is scoring goals but he doesn't do much else. (I'm not explaining very well.) He's a goal machine and a very good player that works hard for the team but he gets the ball and then goal nothing else, he doesn't dribble much his passing is simple, he just scores which is good for Spurs but he's not a player that gets me out of my seat.

Does that mean Coutinho is on Messi's level if KDB is?

People might not be taking much notice because he's a little greedy ****, but he's on absolute fire at the moment.

BTW - I don't think KDB is anywhere near Messi's level. But it's all opinions.

<ok> ... pretty much this .... but it's all about personal choice, of course ... I like the dribblers (not the Quentin types) ... started with George Best for me .. it's why I prefer Messi to Ronaldo .. Ron's more the athlete

Nope ... but Coutinho is very good ... it's why he needs to move to a big club as soon as he can <ok>

PS I don't think KDB is at Messi's level either <ok>

My favourite player as a kid was John Barnes for that exact reason. Had magic in his feet.
