Wife's graduation today. I think I've got a tummy bug. Hoping I can last the 2 hour ceremony without the squits.
if you let it build up and get on your hands and knees with your arse pointed skywards you can provide the confetti
Survived. Swung by chemist and got some nasty store-brand anti-****z liquid. Seemed to do the job... Probably be pooping bricks tomorrow.
She's 36. 37 in about a month. When we got married she was 20, had completed 2 (of 4 years) of uni. She moved to South Carolina from Georgia to be with me and the University only accepted less than half her completed credits. She went back.to University, briefly but was pissed at losing credits her heart really wasn't in it. First kid was born shortly afterwards... Wasn't until a couple of years ago when youngest was no longer all that demanding that she went back.
After having dug to a depth of 10 feet last year, Canadian scientists found Traces of copper wire dating back 200 years and came to the conclusion that Their ancestors already had a telephone network more than 200 years ago. Not to be outdone by their neighbours, in the weeks that followed, an American Archaeologist dug to a depth of 20 feet, and shortly after, a story published in the New York Times: "American archaeologists, finding traces of 250-year-old copper wire, have concluded that their Ancestors already had an advanced high-tech communications network 50 years earlier than the Canadians". One week later, the British authorities reported the following: "After digging as deep as 30 feet in North Yorkshire, Jack Arkwright, a self-taught archaeologist, reported that he found absolutely f*** all. Jack has therefore concluded that 250 years ago, Britain had already gone wireless." Just makes you bloody proud to be British, don't it!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42387727 Atletico Madrid and France forward Antoine Griezmann has apologised after initially telling his social media followers to "calm down" in response to outrage he sparked by painting himself black as part of a fancy-dress outfit. some people eh?
I don't get the blacking up thing. If it is done to mock or insult then yeah you shouldn't do it but if you're just dressing up as a famous person then why is that a problem?
If he was dressed as one of the minstrels I’d have an issue, but as one of the globetrotters? Not sure what the issue is.
the issue is not trying to cause offense it is white privilege in the minds of anyone of colour seeing this. the guy CLEARLY didn't get it at all and went full bore into people for daring to complain about it. In the minds of quite a number now everything white people do is white privilege as we don't see why things are not really a good idea. It irritates the ****ing hell out of people that we don't. Its the same in the old women v men debate. Some women get irritated as hell if someone says man power or do we have enough men to do the job etc. Simply put they get irritated cos they feel they can rather than actually cos something was done maliciously. I could tell anyone.. yeah.... no don't ****ing paint yourself back cos there are white basketball players too. wear the wig is marginal but wig and costume oik. Its like that ginger illegitimate prince that dress up as a nazi one year. now he's loved by all it seems... know then one i mena? whazz his face with the hot chick?
I agree, it seems that there is a huge problem with blacking up but like I said if it's just to imatate someone then what is the problem? If there's any intention to mock then yes it's different.
I dressed as gerri haliwell one Christmas party years ago with red wig etc. I must have been taking the piss out of redheads
Gerri halliwell most famous pic clearly has her union jack skirt too short and showed her camel toe red knickers. you are saying you didn't fully replicate the outfit then?
