Eire, something posted elsewhere yesterday suggests Max will sign a 3 year etension later this week. Me thinks whatever the Mirror say is just yet another example of lazy journalism. I also can't recall reading/hearing that Max is a wantaway. He seems to be enjoying his time at Leeds, especially after we held the supposedly mighty Hammers on their own turf.

It's only the mirror that are saying this. Also, we've had 1 bid. There may be interest in him, but that can mean some clubs are considering whether he'd be a good addition not actually looking to signing him. The 1 bid was rejected and hasn't been improved. Gradel will be here after the transfer window.
If he signs a 3 year extension & we don't go up he'll be gone before next season for £5m+ & I don't suppose any of that will be spent on the team. My guess is he'll sign improved terms with a release clause should we not get promoted this season.

well we have 9 days left till the window closes... if we are to sell him my POV is do it now and then use the money to bring two in...
