From a documentary called '80 blocks from Tiffany's' for anybody who lived in New York in the 80's @NowsufferinginSpain @gooner4ever South Bronx wasn't like Park Slope when I lived in it's leafy burbs and blossoming organic coffee shops in the mid 90's ..
Finished my beers around an hour ago, just polished off the missus' Pinotage and remembered I've got half a bottle of Dead mans fingers in the cupboard You sticking around Libby ?
Watching cricket with a pounding head. Well, Australia are playing cricket anyway, England are floundering around like the bunch of hopeless twats they clearly are. Hope it stops raining so the Aussies can complete their utter humiliation quickly. Was on various 'festive' ales last night, got a hell of a banging head. Good though. All football off this morning, thank ****.
My cut is almost done, wasn't too hard I have gone from 14 stone 5lbs to 13 stone 1lbs. Off out shopping for Xmas party foods later at M&S so will probably be back at 14:5 by this time next week.
My vice is sugar so that helps a lot when I don't eat sugary crap, I eat rice more and pasta less. Very little bread. More water less beer. Stuff like that. Six foot on the button.
I tend to cut out the bread when I need to drop some weight, because mainly I have it with lashings of butter. Also have knock the charcuterie on the head. I love Salami etc, but it's basically around 45% fat and really high in saturates.
Anything processed is generally a no-go for me, but I'll have fried chicken takeaway once a week or Indian or something otherwise I'll just get miserable. Most days for my dinner I make burrito bowls which is just a burrito with no wrap. So I have rice shredded lettuce, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños, and slow cooked bbq chicken/chipotle beef. They're proper nice and can make a batch for week easy.
See that's a good bit of advice. Anyone that couldn't stick to the 'Tel Diet' has no self control whatsoever.
