    I'm fine with it... my 'target' a month ago was always to sack him at the end of December, so still two weeks to go yet. Although I do hope we've been talking to replacements.

    Could apply to Newcastle again this season! In fact, both sentences could, if the takeover drags on and Ashley refuses to spend money in January in the meantime.

    Boufal is on and we’re immediately more offensive and dangerous (and playing in a way that would have suited Gabbi). Chelsea have been nothing special, but we’ve been playing in our shells again.

    Such a negative game.

    We are so cautious and so slow to attack with no creativity or link up with the striker.

    Chelsea were far from great and wasting time at the end. I think the early injury did not help and Bertrand also looks damaged, so it is worrying times.

    Not fussed by the scoreline. Losing 1-0 away to Chelsea is acceptable for me. But I'm certainly not walking away satisfied. Fail to win next weekend, and I suspect we might not see MP at SMS again.
