11 years ago this match attracted 25,000 to Ewood Park, and the corresponding fixture at Charlton got 23,500. Good luck to the loyal souls who are making the journey more in hope than expectation. Hopefully Pearce will be back to stiffen the defence, and Blackburn are no Man City, so we've always got a chance, although it's hard to see where the goals will come from unless Reeves gets a rocket up his ar5e.

Pearce was on the bench a week ago, could be a starter today. Sarr is starting to look like the Bambi on ice that we all know and love.

 

I hear that Solly is out. Pearce is fit as is Reeves. Fosu, Bauer, Page, Kashi are out.

 

Pearce should be natural captain then, which I see as a positive. The way Solly has been playing recently means we could actually be strengthened by his misfortune.

 

I really don’t rate Pearce. Bang average IMO.

 

Robinson will be coming under scrutiny, to say the least. If he sticks with the same tactics and results continue to slide his limitations will be fully exposed. I don't know if he can set a team up any other way, we'll have to wait and find out.

 

Have Blackburn -1 in my accumulator so we almost certainly won’t lose by more than one.

 

Done Blackburn home win in mine. Not great odd at 4/5 but we seem to be better against the better sides.
