Been given a bottle of Whitley Neill, handcrafted dry gin. Googled it and I think it's around £25 a bottle, but I've never heard of it before. Anyone tried it?

Who cares how much it cost, fairly certain it will taste like him, buy some tonic, some pink peppercorns, maybe some red berries and drink it.

  6. When you pop into Pixie's Café (that's what it's called, by the way), be sure to call him "waiter!"

    He hates that.

I've just been told I've been left an Ardbeg and a Greenalls Gin by a subbie.

Anyone know whether Greenalls Gin is up to scratch?

    Never tried that one.

I've got £100 Sainsburys voucher so doing a booze run with it on Saturday, don't know what they do there but I'll find some good stuff.

Just had a look, it's a bargain basement one. Which is fine, I've got some good stuff so this can be used as fall back.

As Sweats says, add enough bits and pieces and who's to know?

Indeed. I read some reviews and it's meant to be piss weak ****e so I might just pass it on anyway.

Apparently there also a bottle of JD so I'll have that instead, not that i ever drink it.

    Bollocks to piss weak gin.

Yes a black bottle. Appears not to be overly expensive, I just never heard of it so wondered if anyone had tried it?
