In summary. Hell at my old job because I couldn't sack a bunch of wasters, due to NHS red tape.

I've been back a while now. I'm the only one out of 20 not to have a day sick in 6 months

Mind there's only 5 off us left now. The rest have flounced off. Lazy british twats.

Even though it's a big company they're OK with my absence from work, I take what would probably be a total of 3 weeks a year off sick because of a lung condition. Never had an issue with them to be fair even when it was lots more before I was diagnosed.

Mate, taking 3 weeks off to hit the bong isn't officially a lung condition.
