We seem to have reverted to lacking support for our striker, I just feel the 4-2-3-1 doesn't suit us or the personnel are just not right for it.
I thought I better post quickly, in case you thought that William Tell was actually my second account. It’s not me, honest.
Well, looks like the weather got under our skin today. We are gloomier than the skies overhead and have been since the 4th min. Everything about our play is off tonight and we have been punished by an excellent looking Leicester team and their boring defensive manager. If we don't come out with changes in the second half I will be embarrased for MP2. He needs to display control and should have done so in the first half. Get Davis off and Tadic, go 4-4-2 and get JWP and Gabbiadini on for a full 45. What have we got to lose now.
Oh did not take long to get back to sack the manager. Turned out well for us last time, getting rid of a duffer who can't manage in the prem- Ohh!
What on earth is going on!? In my opinion we have the most complete squad outside the top 6 and should be competing alongside Everton and Leicester for 7th or higher. There is now 4 points between us in 11th and Everton in 10th and I think everyone from us down has a real possibility of being relegated. When you look at the squads of sides in that bottom 10 and the likes of Burnley or Watford above us with the squads they have we really are underperforming and it’s been a 12 months problem that’s slowly getting worse
Well the good news is Newcastle, Swansea, Bournemouth and Brighton are all losing. We just need Arsenal and that other lot to score.
You could also say three and a half good games in 17. We will be judged over the long run and that's also how we should be assessing. This is absolutely woeful play, bad atmosphere oozing off the squad since the start.
I thought they won the league just over 18 months ago, guess that does not count as they are not a BIG club - disrespectful
Don't panic just yet lads. First time we've been 3-0 up at half time away in the Premier League since we played Wolves in 03/04. We lost 4-3.
I have to say that I said Puel would do well at Leicester because he now has the quick, and good, players that blend so well with his good defensive organisation. He had the same at Nice where his team was lauded for the quality of their play. I hate the score line but have to admire how Leicester are ripping us a new one. Could easily be 5, 6 or 7 goals.
