Sorry so many of you guys are occupied. But hopefully you find ways to stay in touch. OFH I think tonight's lesson should be "translate an english football commentary into French" Haven't been to Selhurst in years but from that foto it is looking good. Just hope the travelling faithful get to keep warm jumping up and down as the goals go in. They were in fine form at Burnley so expect to here them loud and clear tonight. I get the feeling Gomez could be the deciding factor tonight. He was very sharp at Burnley. That save low left was special. I have high expectations. Just hope this one is not decided on cards. Cheers Nigel
For heavens sake kc, I would not be taking a French lesson at this time of the night. Yorkie of course is still in the early evening, so he will doing his verbs. I remember going to Selhurst Park many years ago. It all seems a little hazy now, but it has to be in the late 50s or early 60s.
Unfortunately, with Zaha apparently in Olympic medal diving form, it's on the cards that it will be on the cards...
Sorry OFH. Connection by association by too much red wine And forgot the hour even though I'm on your time.
It is always good to have an evening game as one can have a bottle to hand without getting too many dark glances.
