Match Day Thread Chelsea vs Huddersfield

Another away fixture against another hard working organised side.

Hazard and Morata and the team generally look knackered.

I think we might get a bit more joy in spaces though as Huddersfield i suspect will play a 4-5-1 formation rather than match us at wingbacks.

Hoping if Conte does insist on bakayoko and kante, he just tells bakayoko to sit back and play DM as hes not a box to box player.

Hoping we bring in rudiger for cahill as he can actually play the ball forward properly.

 

I'd start with Willian and Pedro for this one.

 

Hey dudes! New user here making my first comment.

Dissapointing result against West Ham at the weekend. I think the 3-5-2 we use works in big games but ain't a great idea against smaller teams that defend. I think we should switch back to our 3-4-3 of last season for this game with Hazard, Morata and Pedro as a front 3. I don't like Bakayoko or Cesc in a midfield 2, so I'd then try William alongside Kante in midfield.

Well like I said, I used to post on another forum, so I'm familiar with what a sock account is. And I call everyone bro lol.

 

If he's fit, I'd play Luiz as holding mid and use Kante and Drinkwater. Suspect Fabregas is desperate for a rest. Cahill can watch this one from the bench as well, with Rudiger in his place. Willian and Pedro in, Hazard rested and 2 up front, Morata and Michy.
Courtois, Dave, Christensen Rudiger, Luiz, Kante, Drinkwater, Willian, Pedro, Morata, Michy. Subs Hazard, Young Fuzzy, Musonda, Kenedy, Fabregas, Cahill + Keeper.
That's the kind of shake up we need after Atletico and Hammers.
