#bottledit knowing he can't cope with a press and potential revenge for saying he wished injuries on City players

If we still maintain 4th position in the new year we stand a chance of finishing in the top four.

    Manchester city 46 points
    Manchester United 35 points
    Chelsea 32 points.
    Liverpool 30 points
    Arsenal 29 points
    Tottenham 28 points.

    #Very tight.

We’re still in the battle. Still in CL. Looking to strengthen in January. Rotating heavily and getting results.

    We can do this.

We have been in the wilderness of top four for a long time. Turn of another club, I don't care who it is.

Klopp comes under a lot of stock but we should appreciate how he has got us top 4 on a ‘budget’, still competing and progressed to next stage of CL.

Considering how **** we were when he first took over and how divided the fan base was.

It was never going to happen overnight, and we are certainly making steady progress. The January window will be interesting, it feels like we will
be doing some business. Keita on his way and maybe VvD in the summer. Things are on the up <ok>

VvD will only come in the summer if we have CL, I'd go all out to get him this winter if we really want him. Having said that, we will hopefully have other options too.

Keita will be a great addition but I do hope we give him some time to settle.

Klopp has performed well and was unlucky not to lift a trophy in his first season. This guy has got us into the top 4 with Moreno, Mignolet, Lovren, Klavan, Henderson and Milner as regular starters<yikes>

He's made mistakes but who doesn't. He's had to move a lot of dross off our books and we still have more to shift. I do worry about our defence but then I look at our forward line up and drool. Rock n Roll football indeed!

He gave himself four years to win the championship about two and half years gone now.

Everything points towards us recruiting in January but in the two January windows Klopp's been here, we've signed one loan player (Caulker). I'm not holding my breath

We have never signed superstar players either. For me I was a big fan of henderson, but I'm starting to come round to the idea that we now need to step up in the types of players we are recruiting. E.g. more players like kieta

If we can hold on to Salah, mane and Firmino (Coutinho not sure) after summer 2018 and make serious signings too apart from Keita who is already in the bag, we have real chance of the title in 2018/2019

Man City will have the hangover from this season's win
    Chelsea will be replacing Conte
Spurs have peaked and are in decline
    Arsenal will be replacing Wenger
Man Utd will be replacing Mourinho

I don’t think we’ll ever buy superstars simply because we don’t have the money or the pull to attract a player in his prime.

But if we keep Klopp and our CL status, then we can attract some bloody good footballers who will probably use as a stepping stone for a bigger club.

Keita, Lemar, VVD, Goretzka, Gimenez to name a few.

I think Klopp prefers to develop players than buying superstars outright, Mane and Salah were underrated by European heavyweights.

i hope everyone sees why i put us 6th at seasons start and why I think we are barely barely in with a chance for 4th.

imo arsenal seem like they could just fall off a cliff and just play in Europa for cl next year. this gives me hope.

we are imo playing spurs for 4th and spurs are basically a better defensive team with just as good a goalscorer.... only the Wembley issues give me hope.

I just think unless.we change it in January and it instantly improves 5th is where we are headed at best

You're 6 points behind where you were after 17 games last season and the 'fab 4' have scored 7 fewer goals

By comparison we're 1 point behind and have scored the same number of goals
