Why,why ,why Davy? I`ve met some of you guys on here in person,i may be an old prat but I try to be polite, most guys I met have been sound lads.Whatever the differences on here we have a common goal-LEEDS UNITED....I`m so tired of the bickering, even with grumpy bollocks on ignore I read what is going on.If I do come to the Millwall game I`ll ignore GB,one can`t be a different man in person and a complete dickhead on not606,it`s not on.I love to read all posts and am blessed there are posts I don`t see, maybe I`m on ignore now? ,Shako is wise and sees this crap,if any of you guys are in or near Malton give me the nod
OK buddy, first things first - don't take all the stuff on here as accurate, true or in a lot of cases actually believed by the posters - 75% of it is posturing and most of the rest is bollocks. It's no coincidence, and the more intelligent among them will be smiling to themselves at this point, but those alpha-males who make the most noise on here - how can I put this delicately - tend to have one thing in common, namely that their best street-fighting years are behind them. The forum offers different things to different people, and each takes what they will from it - just don't take any of the non-football related sh*te too seriously. It would be a pale shadow of itself without the egos, strident opinions banter and sleggin' ( as it's known over here). Take out what you like and leave the rest behind, but don't get stressed about the rest of the lunatics - we like it really or we wouldn't be here. And occasionaly, an actual Leeds-related discussion breaks out. MOT!
Can we please start using the ignore button or take disagreements to pms please? There's fellow Leeds fans who are only here for Leeds related stuff but no one wants this site ran completely on topic so let's get the balance right please gents
That was a short gig.. 15 song set but I really enjoyed it. Bass guitarist and four saxophones, a keyboard and a cracking drummer shaks would have liked the old fashioned rock n roll sound.
Happy birthday, Farsley, belatedly. I'm guessing that my earlier 'participation' no doubt took a shine off your big day, and I'm genuinely sorry for that. Will apologise more profusely in person at the 'Wall meet-up (if you're still talking to me!). My apologies also extend to everyone else (who didn't have quite the same notable day today). I could offer a justification, but won't. I appreciate that you've had enough for one day.
Sorry I disagree Sprake lost us the cup against Chelsea.if Harvey had been as good as you state he would have been selected for England as he was born in Doncaster No I will stick with what I said we needed a better class keeper but I also agree our squad wasn't big enough to sustain our challenges hence Yorath was centre forward against Wolves
I have shook my head and come up with this McGovern went on to captain Forest when winning European c up .No I didn't like him but he was different to what we had and O'Hare worked his socks of and you missed one out Duncan McKenzie what a talent but again he was frozen out as he was a Clough signing ASs I said Clough wanted Shilton now he would have been a good buy all day long and wed may have been great again
