Headline on e-mail of "Tigers come back to sting the Bee's". Has Chazz got a job as a headline writer?

 

Have to say it was the bees knee's as headlines go

 

Or the bee's knees. Though that would be correct, so perhaps not.

 

Would I be correct in calling "whooooosh" here?

The squad is poor and that is blatantly down to the Allams recruitment policies over the last few transfer windows .. but and it is a big but .. the difference between the two styles of management was there for all to see.

I have repeatedly banged on about this .. and dare I say Adkins did more in 90 minutes on the touchline with a view to encouraging and organising then the Sluts did in 20 games or so.

It was blatantly obvious the constant head down pacing up and down was not helping the situation nor getting us organised how we should have been.

We are not going to get promoted with this squad but realistically we should not be where we are.

Quite simply our position is down to poor management poor tactics poor selection and none existent organisation or coaching especially with regard defending.

Again I repeat .. we are no world beaters .. far from it .. but organisation and a manager that is prepared to get vocal helping the players understand where he wants them is paramount to this group.

It' only baby steps but it's a start.

Anyone who couldn't see that after Saturday is either blinkered or blind.
