You was the worst...terrible meltdown mate...passion can do this. Worst thing is when you are not having a meltdown and everyone still accuses you of one until you are on the cusp of a genuine one due to the injustice.

I'm certain I maintained a sense of humour throughout my meltdown?

Mine was hardly a meltdown. Just because I admitted to being rattled. I was rattled too, nothing wrong with being rattled from time to time.

Shame some people on here won't ever admit to being rattled. @Bodinki and @FosseFilberto spring to mind <eek>

... or alternatively ... they just don't get rattled <ok>

... try and put yourself in my shoes Arnold (conveniently forgetting my superior taste in footwear for this purpose <laugh>) ... I've now been actively watching Leicester City for very close to 50 years ... expectations in all that time have not been particularly high, good cup runs probably the most optimistic and making and staying in the top flight a continual aspiration. I'm now in that wonderful halcyon state of mind where we have surpassed my wildest footballing expectations ... there are not many posters on here who can say that about their team ... but not only have we now established ourselves as a decent and competitive team, backed by considerable investment that promises sustainability; we've actually achieved the seemingly impossible .. we've won it ... and only 6 teams have <whistle> (in it's current ultra-competitive guise) ...

... and so ... watching you bleat and getting all hissy because (in marked contrast to me and my brethren) you remain largely unfulfilled and frustrated (magnified several times by the seemingly unstoppable twin Mancunian juggernaut) is quite amusing ... you and Quentin make a fine pair ... the other, more normal, Spurs lads, are alright on the whole ... their disappointment at us winning the title (and them not) is quite understandable ...

... so what have I to be rattled about? ...not much at all football wise ... and recent events outside of this place have put what goes on here in total perspective ... but keep dreaming that I'm sitting behind a keyboard feeling rattled if it helps you deal with 25 years in the shadow of Old Trafford mate ... chin up ... things could turn around .. you never know <ok>

Now don't forget to claim that this post proves I'm rattled ... ignoring its' content and your tangible current butt sting of course <doh>

    @Safc83

wasn't a penalty either in my book

nah astro is not alright lol. You just learn to live with him. He's basically like 80% of the spurs supporters where everything is the refs fault and liverpool never gets fouls. He's pretty good at the WUM stuff though so probably why our homie here is a giant fan haha.

Chelsea Stan is very very different. He is very critical of chelsea whereas Astro can see no wrong in liverpool :D. I like Stan too

    It wasn't a penalty? lol

The Everton lad positioned himself brilliantly in front of Lovren and that daft bastard for reasons unknown, give him a nudge. It wasn't much of a nudge but when players are moving with pace (which they were) then it's not going to take much to knock them over. If he had have dived, he would have fell straight forward, but the direction of his fall was different to the direction he was originally moving in once Lovren made contact. It was a blatant penalty, in my eyes.

Not enough contact for me. Lewin chucks himself to the floor. If that's a pen then so was Moratas when reid puts his hand on morata and pulls his shirt.

Anyway, nothing i say will change things, refs given it so thats all there is to it

Sorry, to burst your bubble, not a pen. I wouldn't have given calvert lewin a yellow either for "diving" even though he flops over.

Now niasse's one the other week was a foul.

Morata has **** all to do with it ffs <doh>

That said if the referee sees the shirt pulling that's a penalty as well.

Not enough contact? He shoves him in the back, and he goes over, it's a nailed on penalty

    Clueless.

Every pundit called it a penalty, as it was, simple as. So you're plain wrong.

hardly shoved him. So if anytime a defender puts their hand onto a strikers back (say a striker backing into a defender) and they go over, thats a pen? come off it.

I didn't see any force in that "shove" (i.e. i don't even think it was).

I guess this is where the grey area of football is because it's a contact sport but for me not a penalty.
