I have nothing to celebrate tonight mate, we let City open up an 11 point gap by poor defending and weak tactics.
Go perve on Lexi Thompson....although not her most flattering outfit I must admit... but staying with the men rightly ..
@DirtyFrank I've been to see Mariah Carey in Manchester tonight She sang All I Want for Christmas in a leotard with lots of cleavage and leg on show so I'm happy
Interesting Since Jurgen Klopp took charge, Liverpool have lost 41 points in the league from winning positions. The most of any team in Europe.
Just seen it for the first time....pathetic penalty. He ran into Lovren's space, into his hands. Lovren's reaction was a natural one when someone walks into you. Pansie rules football.
He got himself between Lovren and the ball, how was it Lovrens space? Only seen it once but I don't think the hands on the back caused the penalty, it was more the hip in the side that knocked him over.
He was running/diving/falling towards Lovren. Lovren's natural reaction was what everyone's is unless you are dead and that is to put your hands between yourself and the person falling into you. CL went into Lovren. What hip to the side? There was no unatural movement by Lovren's hip either
Like I said, don't think the hands knocked him over. How was it Lovrens space when CL got there first?
He over did his little fall and he went into Lovren. Like I say Lovren's hands touching CL was just a natural reaction, nothing sinister. Is football a non contact sport now?
No, not at all (unless you read the Spurs board where many assaults are recorded), but, like I said I don't think the hands had anything to do with it, it was the hip barge. Anywhere else on the pitch if a player gets in front of another and gets barged into it's a foul, why should the penalty area be any different.
Could be the weed but I saw no hip barge. Edit: Having looked at it again....it's not the weed...there was no hip barge...no unatural movement from Lovren's running...where you can claim to see him redirecting his hip into CL
Only saw it once but it was the hip to hip that sent the lad flying two feet off the ground. Edit...........by that I mean both feet, not two feet high
Definite penalty for me. Soft yes and DCL played for it but Lovren gave him the opportunity to do by being rash... nothing new there. It'd be a foul anywhere else on the pitch so it's a pen.
Yeah it is a foul, against Lovren When Walker did the same move to Calvert-Lewin he threw himself down holding his face (which wasn't touched) and got him red carded
