It’s not controversial, loads of people have this opinion. Simple fact is that he never will have to manage a mid table side because he is a top manager and will always be in demand by the top teams.
I'd go with you TLL on Swansea, to be repalced by Cardiff, West Brom and Bournemouth, with Aston Villa and Wolves get promoted as well.
Well hopefully Villa come up as have money on them, hoping Cardiff don't. As to your other post there's plenty of plastic City fans around these days too.

There are quite a few Bournemouth fans I know that hadn't been to see them play until they were in the Premier League... Pretty sure most teams in the PL have plastic fans nowdays.
I don’t see many City fans around here. I always go off the teams supported by people I know, and out of that bunch I’d say Man Utd are comfortably number one. In my football team alone I think 8 support Utd, some have never seen them play a live game
Plastic to my mind are fans who support the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United who have absolutley no connection to the cities where these clubs are located or the region where they are. So a Manchester United fan from Lancaster or Macclesfield in fine. But one who has lived in Southampton all his life is a "plastic." However, clubs like Saints and Bournemouth do not have "plastics." When the clubs do well it generates a lot of interest in the area which is good. Conversely, when the going gets tough, interest is lost but these are not plastics.
I'd say so tbh. There's probably a fair chunk of sth's who don't really support Saints as their main team but enjoy watching PL football.
Yesterday afternoon, as we all know, the greatest club and team on the planet beat Sevilla 5-0. As wonderful and breathtaking that said side are, Sevilla given their status in La Liga and as a good side in European competition should not be losing 5-0 even to RM. The goals were shown on TV later, and for the first goal two Madrid forwards were left unmarked on the goalline. Go to Youtube and watch the five goals and tell me, that Sevilla were really putting in a shift? I don't think they were.
It is now on the correct thread, unless we devote a thread entirely to RM? Might be as popular as a fox in a henhouse!!!
Lovren has given me so much more entertainment since we sold him for ridiculously millions of pounds than he ever could have by staying. I think that is the final word on the matter.
