I'd love to have a chat with you offline mate. I've over 30 years now with the NHS. I'm signed off with stress and acute anxiety at the minute. Not something I thought would ever happen to me! I know more about my subject area than anyone else in the organisation but 3-4 hours of sleep for 10 months or so catches up with you. Impressed to see you made the break away mate! Personally I wouldn't have a clue what else to do!

just popped outside. **** me its cold. splattering of sbow all turned to ice. **** im glad i dont do early shifts.
Just finished my last night shift and drove home in the sleet. Almost knocked some poor woman over too. Great start to the week.
