I get fun out of seeing a team like Man City, I love what Guardiola is doing with them mate. The relegation battle is much more entertaining these days. I'd rather see that end of the table competitive.

 

Totally agree about Pep and City.

They're really impressive and I want them to win the league. They're the best team by a country mile!

Mourinho needs to take a long hard look at himself after that. Pep and City really went for that today, when even a draw would have been a better result for them. You had to win that game, but Jose just wanted to shut up shop, at home, and hope to nick it 1-0. Lukaku is a ****ing dud. He should have stayed at Everton, he's not cut out to play for a big club, in big games.

Don’t think he has it in him as a coach/tactician to play offensively against good sides and be successful any more. Maybe could do with a new assistant to bring some fresh ideas as that Faria seems little more than a low quality pitbull.

 

Yeah, he's good at what he does and he is a top manager. He doesn't need a wholesale change, but he does have to tinker with what he's doing.

 

Yeah, it was to negative for my liking. They could have went out and really put City to the sword. That would have sent out a statement that the league was back on and they mean business. They kinda went down without a fight.

 

Deserved to lose. Only one team tried to win that game. City are better than us and every other team in this league by a mile. We can all hope they slip up, but they're just getting started imo.

Disappointed with the game but never mind, I've got some slow cooked BBQ beef at home, I'll go home to find it's probably turned out to be an absolute disaster to complete my great day.

No disrespect to City in any way. They're on another level.

If you'd gone at them like West Ham did last week it might have been different.
