Been saying it for a few years now. Football at the highest level is dead to the average working class fan, all about money, hype and little else. Hopefully Saints go down pretty soon. If it wasn't for my love of them I'd have ****ed it all off completely tbh. Used to be a fan of football as well as Southampton but I mainly can't be arsed now unless it involves my club.

I still remember going to Wolves in League One, the cnuts were still acting like they were a Prem side but now in an half empty stadium Lot of our lads were getting grief from the home support who were situated in the upper tier. Stewards were giving our supporters a hard time but not dealing with the problem above. Anyway me and my mate got ****ed off with it, so we went over and gave mr yellow jacket big bollocks a word in his shell like, he was a quick learner and realised he wasn't dealing with young lads and sorted the problem for us, just as i was about to proper kick off. ****ers still stuffed us 4-0 though
We get it all the time Saf. I still remember the best league one ever, consisting of Leeds, Southampton, Norwich and more, sent them all home with their tales between their legs, with the exception of Norwich. That's the season we had a guy called Stimson in charge, lost all our away games but Priestfield was our fortress.

Best laugh was a Leeds fan sneaking in the home stand next to me as it was a full house. I let it be as long has he kept his mouth shut. We were 3-0 up by half-time, of course i naturally controlled myself when the third hit the net I remember some Leeds lad on the old bbc606 calling us a pub team beforehand, i think his internet broke after the game
