Strange game. Very subdued atmosphere. First goal went in like slow.motion. came to life after. Saiz could have had two goals. Still great away win. Need a guiness to warm up now.

Evenin lads, just got in,good to see a great result, from what your all saying sounds as though Cibicki had a good game, could possibly be one to shine for rest of season i really hope so.Wow roofe hat trick that'l do the boys confidence no harm, might be a natural striker, try him in that position next week instead of on the wing, looking faward to the highlights to see the rest of teams performance, but those two,to start in those positions which they did today and hopefully more of the same next week:emoticon-0137-clapp

According to tc Ekubans injury appears to be same as last time. Foot in a cast. He was out for about eight weeks the last time so that’s not good

Laughable, absolute joke to blame our midfield for their goal, our midfielders were back defending the corner, it was a very fortunate goal our keeper should have done better but to even suggest it was a midfielders fault when they were back in the box defending... We had 11 players in the box defending the corner and defend it they did, you can’t plan for what happened.

    Funny you should say that.
Just booking wc tour for the group games and first knockout round.
Not looking as expensive as I thought.

Now let’s have a look at the YEP player ratings, or should we wait for some 13 year old fans blog so that LL can pick out the most negative towards Phillips...

Kalvin Phillips - Another good showing from one of two young midfielders who got a grip of a scrappy match eventually. Helped to give Leeds the dominance they needed. 7/10

Ronaldo Vieira - Second best against QPR’s midfield before the break, though not by much. A big improvement in the second 45 minutes made a difference. 7/10

Thanks for that, Ristac. I missed the last 2 goals as my link was playing up.

I did actually notice where our 'absent' midfield were for their goal. LL cleverly failed to notice that the ball their goalscorer picked up was a clearance from a corner, and guess what - our midfield were doing their job in the penalty box! How dare they!

Saiz & O'Kane were actually running down the scorer as everyone ran out of the box, post corner. Football 101, really. Clear the ball & run out of the box. Everyone has had it drummed into them since football began.

Then again, perhaps people might prefer LL's new tactics - using clairvoyance & leaving the midfield in midfield for corners. Can't really see that one being taught for coaching badges, tbh.

EDIT: Just read your comments after the highlights, Ristac. Hadn't noticed them before I posted. Great minds, though! :D
