    That’s a no then.
Those assets are a business decision and are worth more than he paid for them. Based on your £100 million ( it’s nowhere near that) it means that on top of that he has cleared £25 million or 25% profit just on player sales and acquisitions in nine months. He isn’t going to be spending in January unless we sell Sais and he buys another Aldi price replacement.

How is the position better than last year as far as the first team is concerned. No rhetoric, just give a stat that proves the case. Still a selling club, still not getting closer to the promised land, still lead by a bloke more into pr than substance. Just a more savvy version of gfh.

You really are going to have to get a new spiel, this is becoming quite repetitive and it's Sáiz, by the way

We have still got a threadbare squad with no depth to it. You don’t seem to have noticed?

No point moving to new material when the old is 100% accurate and people don’t seem to see it.

Patience old man - 12 years of Fcuk ups aren't going to be fixed in such a short time. I recognise the desire to have it all now but it's not like that

If income exceeds expenditure by tens of millions of pounds as you say, how has the club only changed hands for 30 - 40 million? That has to be garbage for a start.

Beatifying Rads? My personal view is this, Krasner, the Professor, Bates, the Arabs and certainly Coco “felt” totally wrong. I never believed any of them were in it for the right reason and would take us consistently forward. I actually believe Rad is trying and has a plan (opinion only). Yes he has an asset in Elland Road but if that is to be thrown back at him how could he possibly be seen to be doing right? He has brought in a board of Directors who at least have experience. He replaced Monk quickly and has had the balls to stand by his choice. He did his transfer business from the get go rather than waiting to the very end of the window. He forked out 3 or 4 million each for Saiz and Alioski before he had the Taylor or Wood cash. He has engaged with the Council and openly stated he is looking to move away from the rent ransom that is Thorpe Arch.

The guy has had one summer for transfer activity and only six months of sole ownership. How much time is reasonable to judge him on? I am not saying that every decision he has made will be proven correct but I am willing to allow him to make some mistakes because, at least, in my view, he is trying.

I see Amanda Staveley is trying to buy the Barcodes from Cashley for £300 million. Newcastle are valued at ten times our value. I will make a bet with you, fail or succeed, if and when Rad sells, we will be far, far closer to the Newcastle valuation than when Rad started. Now you will obviously turn that into a negative and say that is only good for Rad but I disagree. If we are sold again then I want people to be fight over us for hundreds of millions - that would wipe out most of the chancers from the get go.

Is Rad going to fail or succeed? I don’t know any more than you do but, for me it feels better than it has done for many years and I would rather live in hope than in your perpetual gloom. If anyone had told me a year ago Coco would be gone and you would still be moaning I’m not sure if I would have believed them.

Good morning Etc, a very bright sunny day today.
For me QPR game a must win along with the majority of games between now and new year if we are to stand any chance of top six.
Don't see any major investment in Jan.
If we start selling players like Sais then forget any dreams of premier league football under Radz.
I don't mind Radz making his fair share of profit, but also don't like being taken for a mug.
Marketing = taking people for mugs
Come on Leeds a win by 2 and you stand a chance of getting back in my good books.

All good points Marcos. Can I correct you on one. He knew he was getting the Wood cash before he did any transfer business. Wood said at start of summer he was moving so Rad would have known more or less how much hed get. Orta failed miserably to replace Wood give he had the whole summer to do it, but that may have been down to budgetary constraints

it wasn’t me that started the Rad has spent £100 million bollocks.
What is the surplus on transfer fees, again I quote others but it’s a conservative £25 million, if Bates had swiped it then many would be burning effigies.
We are so used to getting shafted most now accept it with a Pavlovian response.

As for future value of the club it means **** all if the first team is a mid table second tier club charging premiership prices to mug punters.

In a nutshell we are still being shat on by the owner and I am sick of it.

£25 million surplus since Rad bought the club? Explain that to me.

Even if, remarkably, your statement is based on fact, when was he supposed to spend it?

Your stated preferred option would be an English owner and an English manager, so for example Steve Gibson giving Garry Monk a blank cheque to sign whoever he wants

It's not that simple is it? Have you seen how **** Middlesbrough are doing with your chosen set up?

I was careful not to say Rad or Orta had got everything right.

You may “correct” me if you want but I actually said he spent before the cash came in, was I wrong? He bought the house before he had sold the old one! Taylor could well have gone to a tribunal so he couldn’t be certain how much that would be and Wood played for us right up to his transfer i.e. no way can Rad be accused of wrapping him in cotton wool to avoid injury because he was relying on that cash. Personally, I think Rad wanted to keep Wood.

If you are happier thinking Rad is a con then crack on, life’s too short to be miserable.
