Well all things considered you're right, but if you're going on impact in games, Meyler seems to have lost it a bit. It was just before Ireland had their play off game when he started to wobble, before that he was doing really well. He made his name as a grafter, but he's not even doing that at the moment. Maybe a new manager will give him a whole new lease of life, but if not, he doesn't want to be anywhere near the team.
Jim's out..knee and ankle I'd go Greggs Maz Tomori Dawson Clark Lars Irvine Stewart Grotty Campbell ,Toral Marshall, Aina, Hector, Dio, Dicko, Hendrickson, Meyler
You realise this is a forum, and not a gambling den, right? Only people who don't want to see their money again actually gamble. So a tenner on the majority of peoples score predictions would mean a return of a lot for the bookies. Now kindly **** off.
Go on Nigel. He keeps using the correct name, that'll do for me. Has the club Twitter account always been called 'Hull City'?
I didn't ask if you had gambled. I just asked what would the return have been if we had bet on your predictions as a way of demonstrating your accuracy and knowledge. Which you have just confirmed is sweet **** all.
There's got to be goals in tomorrow's game. Brentford have had over 3 more shots per match than any other Championship team this season.
No the official twitter account is 'Hull Cily'. Oh no, that's some sadsack who catches out dozens of people every transfer window.
Just viewed Nigel's presser. Bloody hell. Ask him the time, and he'd tell you how to make a bloody watch. This will put the players to sleep. Not what our defence needs. Should be interesting. I wonder of his contract stipulates being paid by the word ? Best of luck Nige.
He will probably keep a similar line up to last week, with Turbo in for Bowen. He seems to favour 433, so will probably stick with that initially until he works out what his best team is. Going for another draw 2-2.
Agree. Assuming he's back to the old Meyler, whatever the problem was (distraction? issue with Slutz? form?) then he has to be in. Our midfield is far too light weight without him. Not that we should be building a team around him or anything, but given what we've got, he surely has to start. There's a lot of strengthening to do in January ..... and it's not just defensively; FAR from it.
Happy isn't very happy either. Put it another way then . How many of your predictions were accurate. Or have you no interest in Hull City scores or what you write?
I'd play Meyler at right back. That's where he plays for his country. People slating Meyler - sometimes players coming on as a sub doesn't work for them. As getting up to the match pace when the opposition are in the ascendancy is a struggle. Though those with a Meyler bashing stick and limited mental capacity don't understand that.
