Marcus Antonsson, league One player of the month. The clues are all there if you look for them. Might be good or could be yet another that is brilliant because they're not playing here.
Antonsson, along with Klitch and Cibicki, is another player who hasn't been given a fair crack of whip, we've seen it happen numerous times with stubborn coaches since plunging into Championship. Antonsson in front of Pablo, Saiz and Alioski would be a very good spearhead attack. Antonsson is quick and agile and can get onto the through passes from our AM's, Antonsson can make his own goals and knows how to score. Sadly for us, and good for Blackburn, looks like Tony Mowbray is intending to talk to Leeds during January transfer window regarding buying Antonsson; if that happens it's a bad move by Radz imo, then again, Radz probably doesn't have too much say about the players. Should Blackburn gain promotion, and we don't, and Antonsson is a Blackburn player, expect Antonsson to come back and haunt us in a big way. Antonsson is not the type of player you can mark out of a game. If / should Antonsson come back, then it'll be a good battle between Antonsson and Ekuban for the strikers shirt, although Ekuban has still to prove himself goal wise. I think Lasogga's days are numbered, and Grot just does not fit in. Here's what's weird, TC doesn't give Antonsson a fair chance, but is doing so with Lasogga, Grot and Ekuban, and even sometimes Roofe upfront, yet Antonsson is the one scoring regularly.........does it make sense?
When players go out on loan it’s for a set period, a month, half or full season. If there’s no recall clause then player can’t be brought back. Therefore Tc has no option with Antonsson at the moment. There’s no recall clause and he’s not our player until loan deal is up
I was well aware Eire, just being light hearted. Here's an interesting article, why should we listen to TC....imo, the way TC gives his interviews, I'm really not sure he's up for the job / task. https://throughitalltogether.sbnati...hristiansen-says-in-regards-to-transfers-orta
