Waste of money, but then again, this Man U side looks really average.

With that face I don't think he'll ever look happy again.

Spurs need a world class striker if they want to try and get back in the top 4.

After seeing this, I fancy our chances against Man U this season.

Put Wellbeck into my fantasy premier league team this morning - a masterstroke it seems <diva>

SAF always seems to put out a weakened side against 'lesser' teams, also with Scholes not their to constantly **** up our chances anymore, I have a slight optimism for their fixture.

true, but the way they're playing against Tottenham, reminds me of opening day last year, only they have a better team this year.

We too, have a better team this year. By the time we play them Cabaye will have settled, We'll have a new LB (hopefully), Ba will have found his scoring boots(Hopefully), Obertan will be out to prove a point. Also the last time i was optimistic we beat Villa 6-0.

manU wingers way too good now. Ashley Young was the guy they were missing since Ronaldo left. Now they have Young one side, Nani the other, Valencia, Park as backup, Rooney totally world class, and a mixture of Welbeck, Berba and Chicarito to put it away. Hell they even still have Michael Owen. They're gonna walk the league this year.

I for one do not look forward to the Man U game, they out classed a very good tottenham team, who are light years ahead of us in most departments!!
Wellbeck and Cleverley will only get better

Man u look a lot better than last season if you ask me. Their football is better and their squad depth far better through a combination of new signings and players returning from loan. Their movement is exceptional and I reckon Young has settled in well, he works very well with Rooney. They'd rip us apart at present, but we don't play them for a bit - when we have them and Citeh back to back, away from home.

Spurs didn't look great, and it may take a few more signings to improve them.

This could be a cracking season I reckon, and with teams opting for a more passing, fluid style we might benefit from this with the signings we have made. As long as that fat dafty that owns Sports Jumble Sale.com buys a left back and a bloody striker.

Doubt we will win though, especially doubt we will get anything at Old Trafford. Their team just looks to good to me.

Am I the only one who thinks Man U look the strongest team right now? Can see only Man City really challenging them this year.

And with the conclusion of this match, we are the only team not to concede a goal in the english leagues right?

A full strength Man U is probably the best team in the league so far, although I just don't think Young looks anything like he did at Villa.

    Southgate/Townsend - Dalglish/Lawrenson?

Bit of a no brainer I know.
