After the failed experiment with SlutIz (given the Allams set him up for failure from the start), it's damn reassuring to see him out there with the players, and to 'hear' him talking to players, fans, everyone. Just what we need. He needs backing in January though. The squad simply isn't good enough if we really have ambitions to be challenging.

He also knows he will have to change things tactically but at this moment in time he has to do it with the same squad of players so don't expect miracle's but steady progress would be nice. All we can do is give him a chance, back him and hope he helps us move up this league. January transfer market will be interesting.
