Just been sitting back and reading the fall out after the match without commenting. Got to say, the amount if in fighting on the mackem board is quite amusing like, even more so when you remember some of the stuff spouted before the season started.
Anyway, the atmospher at the game was top notch by our lot once again. We always score in that goal at the SOS. Sunderland got the better of the early exchanges but we were set up to accept and deal with that and our game plan was executed perfectly.
I've read stuff from the red and whites about the goal being a fluke. Absolute tosh. It was a raker of a free kick. Bruce was totally out done tactically on Saturday, they were out of ideas in the second half and we looked quite comfortable sitting on what we had. Cracking day all round.

Can you please add to your signature... "Point 3 : Sunderland rarely see this in a Tyne-Wear derby"?

Just had a look. Hilarious. They now have one of their main posters saying farewell because of abuse. Saying that there did seem to be a few articles from him on the same theme! Quite a few now want Bruce out. They laughed at our supposed crisis, they've gone from the far better team to a few wanting the manager out 2 games in. I must admit I have always said fat head is mediocrity when you look at his record. Probably the main thing holding them back.
