While it's easy to just name the great Revie side as the worthy recipients, this is all about the entire history of the club. That means the first Leeds superstar John Charles. Yes, several of the Revie team (we can all come up with arguments for any of them. Sniffer Clarke - scorer of the goal that won the Cup. Jack Charlton - record appearances and World Cup winner. Peter Lorimer - all time goal scorer, forget the Bates years. Eddie Gray - all time greatest player IMO, and so on). But it also means players from the Wilko era (if not Wilko himself) so Strachan, Speed, McAllister. And don't be surprised to see players from earlier than the Revie era, even recent players if the fans get a vote.

And while we're at it, Don's statue needs moving so it's in it's rightful place, not just as a after thought hidden away where no one can see it.

Don't know if he has already been mentioned so apologies if so, but how can Sgt Wilko not be in there?

Tough call 60. I don't think Cooper wasn't quite the same after he broke his leg but was probably one of the first attacking full backs. Dorigo was good though, and australian really :emoticon-0148-yes:

Arthur Wharton was the first black player to play in Britain a long long time before Albert. Was Albert the first to play for Leeds though? Id agree with him. Bobby Collins and Peter Haddock.

I'd put Jimmy Dunn before Dorigo.

Peter Haddock sadly crippled by Ince a great full back though
I believe Albert such a timid man was our first black player followed by Francis

Cooper was a left back and so was Dorigo t hats why I said Dorigo instead of Terry Cooper Jimmy was a great servant and later supporter to the club he lived just behind the ground and I used to see him most match days

No shame in that - everybody got the runaround by Jinky Johnstone ( and I'm not s Celtzer). <ok>
