    Just watched it again. It is actually one of the most dreadful bits of refereeing I've ever seen.
    Arsenal player has a head injury - play should be stopped.
    Arsenal player with head injury is also offside just in front of Forster - offside and interfering with play.
    Fonte gets the ball, then Giroud falls over - not a penalty.

    So not only is it not a penalty, Madley is also endangering the safety of a player. What if Koscienly needed immediate attention or someone had fallen on top of him.

    It was an atrocious bit of refereeing.
